Edward H. Sheahan III received his undergraduate and graduate architectural degrees from the University of Virginia. After a 3-year internship in Princeton, New Jersey, he relocated to Palm Beach County. A Florida-licensed architect with NCARB certification, the Village Architect for Lost Tree Village for twenty-three years, and a Florida-licensed real estate broker, his firm has specialized in custom residential and office, health club and commercial interiors, and Architecture Review Boards membership, since 1993.
